Dispatch Time: 1-4 working days. If any delays are anticipated, there will be an alert before checkout.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation when your order ships. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have provided an active email address or phone number to receive updates. 

What happens if there are delays?

Unfortunately delays are out of our control. With orders from Royal Mail, we have to allow them up to 10 working days to deliver before an item can be considered ‘lost’. 

I need an item for a certain date
